Section: Corporate News - Bliss-Tel Plc and International Engineering Plc (IEC), which are in the process of cross shareholding, have joined up with another major handset distributor, TG Cellular World, in a bid to become the largest handset distribution group in Thailand, The Nation reports.
Bliss-Tel informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on August 8 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) of business cooperation with TG to jointly manage the distribution of telecommunication equipment and the exchange of necessary information.
