Aug. 13--TOURISM ORGANIZATION SHUFFLES BOARD: Big changes have been made among the directors of the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau.
J. Rudi Heater, general manager of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, has been appointed chairman of the board. Tina Harlow, general manager of the Providence Biltmore hotel, is the new vice chairman and Joseph Judge, chief financial officer for the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation, was named secretary/treasurer.
