This netConnect, "Patron Power," not only puts tools in the hands of users to make their library experience a better one, but some patrons are giving librarians the tools to enhance service. For superpatron Jeff Chow, that meant creating Library ELF, which gives him a list of upcoming items due from the 11 libraries his family uses.
