The official word from Ingol-stadt is that we shouldn't plan on buying an Audi S3 in the United States anytime soon. It is, after all, a three-door hatchback, and we all know Americans don't buy three-door hatchbacks.
But considering that we've embraced the A3 five-door sibling with open arms, the hotted-up three-door seems too good to leave out of the U.S. market.
