from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, July 31 (Bernama) -- The Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry is finalising its proposal for the development of knowledge entrepreneur (k-entrepreneur) and knowledge small and medium enterprises (k-SMEs)
Its minister Datuk Seri Jamaludin Jarjis said k-entrepreneur and k-SMEs were emerging economic sectors and the ministry's strategy in the development programmes would include tapping local talents in information and communications technology (ICT)
