Aug. 2--Iredell-Statesville Schools educators say they want to help students improve their computer skills, encourage enrollment in Advanced Placement classes and close the achievement gaps among Hispanics and those with disabilities.
Twice a year, teachers and administrators examine school strengths, weaknesses and areas where the schools improved over the past year. From those recommendations, they create a plan to work to improve those target areas.
