VIJAY J. FOZDAR Managing Director Bristol WorldSource Inc.

Before joining Bristol Worldsource Inc., Vijay Fozdar was general manager with InterFirst World Trade. His first job was in institutional marketing, introducing automated dispensing and vending equipment for a soft drink bottler in Bangkok.

Fozdar attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and applied economics. He is a frequent guest lecturer on international finance, marketing and logistics and a former member of the Dallas Mayor's Trade and Investment Task Force.

A native of Richmond, Ca., Fozdar says the biggest challenge facing the industry is "staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing international business environment."

MICHAEL FRAME Vice President-Sales and Marketing Southwest International Freight Services Inc.

Before joining Southwest International Freight Services Inc. in 1989, Michael Frame was sales manager for The I.C.E. Co., a customs broker at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. His first job was production foreman with General Motors' Chevrolet division in Warren, Mich.

Frame attended Oklahoma City University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in management.

He is a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas International Coalition and the Transportation Club of Dallas. Frame is also the 1993 president of the International Trade Association of the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. He frequently speaks to professional and trade groups on international trade and transportation.

He says the biggest challenge facing the industry is "educating the public on the importance of international trade and transportation."

Frame and his wife, Judy, have one child and live in Arlington.

CATHY GOLDEN Acting Vice President Greater Dallas Chamber-International Trade

Cathy Golden earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of Public Affairs degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at UT.

Before joining the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce in July, Golden was executive manager with the City of Dallas Economic Development Department. In October, she was named activing vice president for international trade development. She had been in charge of North American Free Trade Agreement initiatives for the chamber.

Golden and her husband, Gary, have one child and live in Dallas.
