Magistrate Ahmad Rizki Abdul Jalil made the decision after Deputy Public Prosecutor Saiful Edris Zainuddin applied for the transfer under Section 177A of the Criminal Procedure Code
Ahmad Rizki also set May 23 as the High Court mention date
