from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, May 3 (Bernama) -- Killinghall (Malaysia) Bhd (KMB) shareholders today voted in favour of selling the company's 17 percent stake in Southern Bank Bhd (SBB) to Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Bhd (BCHB)

KMB is the largest single shareholder in SBB

KMB shareholders accepted the proposed offer by BCHB to purchase all the ordinary shares and warrants in SBB held by KMB for an all-cash consideration of RM4.30 per SBB share and RM2.56 per SBB warrant during its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) here
