from ANTARA, The Indonesian National News Agency Jakarta, July 29 (ANTARA) - Operations Director of the Up-stream Oil Industry Regulatory Body (BP Migas) Dodi Hidyat said gas kick incidents that happen often an oil and gas drilling activity
"Operators in the field have been equipped with standard procedures on how to handle gas kicks when tey occur," Hidayat told ANTARA on Saturday
He made the remarks in response to the gas kick which was followed by fire in the Sukowati oil drilling field, Bojonegoro district, East Java, in the wee hours on Saturday
