Jul. 31--Neighborhoods in Tacoma and Pierce County will celebrate Tuesday as part of National Night Out Against Crime. Here is a list of 75 planned events. Tacoma -- Downtown: Metropolitan Development Council, 721 S. Fawcett Ave., will host an open house and barbecue. The event begins at 4:15 p.m. in the parking lot on South Seventh Street, between Fawcett Avenue and Court D Street. -- Hilltop: 2330 S.
