Zagreb, 28 July: The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will close its office in Croatia by the end of the year, and all files on missing persons will be transferred to the Croatian government which will continue the search with the Red Cross, the ICRC and the Croatian government stated on Friday [28 July].

A memorandum which defines roles and powers in the process of transfer of authority in the management of data on missing persons was signed in the government headquarters by Deputy PM Jadranka Kosor and the ICRC deputy operations manager …
