PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni told the NRM Parliamentary caucus on Wednesday that by inviting the opposition and his main political challenger Dr Kizza Besigye for a meeting he was not out to seek an alliance with the retired Colonel.

"They can come if they want, but if they don't, I would have saved my tea," President Museveni was quoted as having said by a member of Parliament who attended the retreat at Hotel Africana.
