Jul. 27--Creating a school where kids can and will learn while offering parents another educational choice is the goal of organizers interested in starting a new charter school in Pueblo. "What we can bring to Pueblo is parent empowerment - parent choice and opportunities in education," said Kevin Teasley, president of the Greater Educational Opportunities Foundation.
