AN outstanding display from Angela Namirimu and Miriam Tamale propelled Nabisunsa to a 56-37 MTN league home win over Amazon Rhino on Wednesday.

The two guards dominated the game with timely assists and tireless drives that forced Amazon's backs Lydia Mulwana and Angela Lokidi into foul trouble.

At half time, Amazon was trailing 20-26 and could not recover from the deficit with the crowd routing support for the home girls.

Charlene Kalungi made 11 of her total 13 points in the last two quarters, while Namirimu and all - time top scorer Halima Nabusimba notched 12 points …
