Hong Kong legislators will look into the sale of PCCW chairman Richard Li's stake in PCCW to Frances Leung, the South China Morning Post writes. Officials from regulator Ofta, the securities and futures commission, and the stock exchange, as well as the secretary for financial services and treasury, and the commerce chief are likely to be called into a joint panel meeting to explain the deal, says Albert Cheng King-hon who sits on financial affiars and information technology and broadcasting panels. …
