Jul. 15--Cincinnati Bengals coach Marvin Lewis seems like a reasonable man, an intelligent leader. He preaches the values of hard work, discipline and dedication to his players. In three years, Lewis turned an NFL laughingstock into a Super Bowl contender. But now you have to wonder what they're putting in the water at Bengals headquarters.

Lewis, with a big assist from team president Mike Brown, is risking those hard-earned gains by collecting an assortment of substance abusers, troublemakers and candidates to appear on the next edition of "Cops."
