Jul. 14--Macy's is touting what it considers a sweetened customer-loyalty program to help ease the pain of die-hard Marshall Field's shoppers, who once again are seeing a new owner -- and name change -- for their department store chain. Officials at Minneapolis-based Macy's North division this week rolled out their Star Rewards program for customers of the 61-store Marshall Field's chain.
