Zetsche denies Dodge NASCAR withdrawal
At Daytona DaimlerChrysler chairman Dieter Zetsche denied rumors Dodge is pulling out of NASCAR. Zetsche said he is happy with DCX's NASCAR program. "I don't know who is creating those rumors,'' he said. "We are very happy with NASCAR, it is a great platform and Dodge is the right brand to race NASCAR.''
Rahal misses test
Graham Rahal (see Scoreboard) missed out on his GP2 test with Dave Price's DPR Direxiv team because bad weather delayed his flight from Atlanta to France. Rahal, who has his eye focused on an F1 career, was scheduled to drive in a general series test at Paul Ricard. He says he hopes to schedule another GP2 test later this year.
