Q What's the proper etiquette when it comes to paying on dates? My feeling is, the guy should pay for the first three dates, and then I'll pick up the tab on the fourth. Some of my friends think you should take turns. What do you think?
A Well, I'm a little old-fashioned. I feel like a man should treat up until you've determined that you're a certified couple or at least until he's finished "courting" you. Of course, that might be a little too extreme, so I talked to a bunch of my male friends to find out what their date-and-pay policy is. Turns out, it's a bit more complicated for them.
