REDTONE International Bhd, through its wholly-owned subsidiary REDtone Technology Sdn Bhd, has acquired a 60 per cent stake in Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions provider, Jupitel Sdn Bhd.

Jupitel, a Multimedia Super Corridor-status company, focuses on VoIP customer premises equipment and management systems, which help enhance the efficiency of alternative voice service providers' management of voice communications across various channels, including broadband.
