Ramallah, 9 July: Sa'ib Urayqat, the official in charge of the PLO Negotiations Department, has warned against the deteriorating health, humanitarian and food conditions of the citizens of the Gaza Strip, especially in view of the Israeli military operation that has been continuing against the Gaza Strip for more than two weeks and the closure of the crossings leading to the strip.
