A British Library seminar room recently played host to a motley gathering

that included publishers, lawyers, music industry representatives, online booksellers, librarians and the policy offers of disability charities.

What could have brought such a diverse group together? The answer is Digital Rights Management (DRM). The seminar participants had gathered to witness the launch of Digital Rights Management, a report from the All Parliamentary Internet Group (APIG), in the hope that it might bring some clarity to the debate.
