French Socialist leader welcomes new EADS group appointment.

French Socialist Party leader Francois Hollande has welcomed the replacement of Noel Forgeard as head of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space group, EADS, following questions that have arisen over his management of the company. Mr Forgeard has come in for much criticism since it was learnt that he sold his shares in the company at a profit before stock prices fell sharply following the announcement of delays in the delivery of subsidiary Airbus's new A-380 jumbo jet.
