from ANTARA, The Indonesian National News Agency Jakarta, July 4 (ANTARA) - Indonesia received a total of 332,445 foreign tourists in May 2006, an increased by 0.89 percent compared to 329,527 tourists in April 2006

"However, compared to that in May 2005, the number decreased by 3.33 percent," Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Rusman Heriawan said here on Monday

The number of foreign tourists visiting Bali Island, the country's most famous tourist destination, in May 2006 reached 107,678 people, or a decrease of 1.84 percent compared to 109,701 people in April 2006
