German pay TV broadcaster Premiere cuts subscription rates.

Premiere will introduce a new pricing and packaging model starting from 1 August 2006. Five new premium subscriptions will then be available, starting from just 9.99 euro per month each. These can be subscribed to directly, with no basic packages or other pre-conditions required.
