Taipei, July 4, 2006 (CENS)--With a syndicated loan of NT$1.4 billion (US$42.42 million at US$1 = NT$33) granted recently, Li Peng Enterprise Co., Taiwan's leading nylon chip maker, will speedily expand its second nylon chip plant. After the expansion is completed, the plant is expected to turn out 300 metric tons of nylon chips per day
