Taipei, July 4, 2006 (CENS)--With a syndicated loan of NT$1.4 billion (US$42.42 million at US$1 = NT$33) granted recently, Li Peng Enterprise Co., Taiwan's leading nylon chip maker, will speedily expand its second nylon chip plant.
