BANDAR Raya Developments Bhd (BRDB) plans to launch the first phase of its RM467 million township in south-east Lahore, Pakistan, by November this year.
BRDB's interest in the Pakistani project is via its 70 per cent unit, Bandar Raya Developments (Pakistan) Ltd (BRDL).
BRDL had entered into a 50:50 joint venture agreement with the Pakistani Government's property arm, the Lahore Defence Housing Authority (DHA), to help develop the 131.6 hectare township.
