Yang Ming Line is connecting Taiwan and Oregon's Port of Portland with a new container service. The Yang Ming Heights arrived at Portland's Terminal 6 container facility June 15, marking the second new container service for Portland in the past two months, following the start of Zim Integrated Shipping Services' AMP service May 14.

"This is a big win for our economy,' said port Executive Director Bill Wyatt.
