President Bush on Monday praised graduates of the United States Merchant Marine Academy for their devotion to duty, honor and country, and the sacrifices they have made in time of war, during commencement ceremonies at Kings Point, N.Y.
It was the first time that a sitting president addressed a graduating class in the academy's 63-year history.
