How quickly things change. Top White House aide Karl Rove was under investigation in the CIA leak probe for years--the investigation will mark its third anniversary this fall. But then, on June 13, faster than you can say "frog-march," we learned that prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has decided not to take any action against the president's chief political adviser.
