There were few things that could have shattered Rita's" bliss bubble when she walked out of her boyfriend Tony's apartment last spring. It was her 19th birthday, and even though Tony had fractured his ankle playing football earlier that week, he had surprised her by cooking an elegant dinner, baking her a birthday cake, and giving her an iPod loaded with "their songs."
