The Ministry of Health has imported 80 million re-branded Engabu condoms for free distribution in the country. The focal person for condoms in the ministry, Ms Vasta Kibirige, told this to journalists at a press conference at the Population Service International (PSI) headquarters in Kololo on Wednesday [7 June].
