Uganda: Museveni says US tests show country's oil prospects are high.

President Yoweri Museveni has said Uganda's oil prospects are high after samples taken to the United States for examination revealed that the oil is good and free from dangerous gases. The president said the samples were taken from three new wells discovered in western Uganda.
