07 JUNE 2006 HONIARA (Pacnews) - Lawyer acting for Charles Dausabea has filed a fresh bail application to the Solomon Islands Magistrates Court yesterday.

The fresh bail application will be heard on Thursday, Solomon Islands Broadcasting Corporation reports.

This would be the third time Dausabea has filed a bail application after being refused bail on two occasions.

An appeal made to the High Court was also refused.

Crown prosecutor Michael McColm confirmed having been served a copy of the fresh bail application in court when the defendant appeared for …
