NHS Wales opens web gateway.(National Health Service)(Brief article)

Welsh nurses and medical staff have been given electronic access to the latest research on physiotherapy, medicine, public health, occupational therapy and nursing. The move follows a deal between Ovid and Informing Healthcare, a programme to improve access to information for healthcare workers in Wales.
Full-text access to 90 electronic journals is available to key NHS workers in Wales, onsite or offsite,
via the Ovid Web Gateway search platform.
Informing Healthcare said that clinicians, health professionals, nurses and members of the health directorates in the Welsh Assembly are to be allowed access to the service.
The deal was struck under the Informing Healthcare initiative to improve access to information for healthcare professionals in Wales.
