The former agency boss Justin Cernis is moving into TV production to become Laura Gregory's second-in-command at Great Guns.

His agency Barrett Cernis closed last year, after Ray Barrett quit to become the creative director of Manchester's BJL. Cernis will have equity in Great Guns, which has offices in London and Los Angeles. He has a brief to explore growth opportunities.
