Tomboy Films has signed the former Campaign Faces to Watch directing duo Tanya and Tasha Michaels.
The sisters, whose commercials credits include spots for BT and Gizmondo, join the production company from Serious Pictures.
Tomboy has also appointed Pete Caine and Lou Bogue from Leith London, where they worked as a creative team. At the agency, they wrote the 'big match' television spot for Carling.
The pair recently adapted the idea into a five-minute interactive spoof film called Goals on Sunday and a 30-second television ad, 'goal scorer interview', both of which they directed.
Caine and Bogue have previously worked at Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Wieden & Kennedy.
Tanya and Tasha, who were Campaign Faces to Watch in 2004, joined Serious Pictures after the closure of Large two years ago. They previously worked at Spectre, the production company run by Danny Kleinman. ...
