The online delivery service Ocado is seeking an agency to handle its pounds 2 million integrated advertising account.
It is currently approaching agencies directly with a brief for the account.
Ocado, which is 40 per cent owned by Waitrose and delivers groceries for the retailer, has been handled by Ogilvy & Mather since March 2004.
O&M won the business in a shoot-out against the start-up Ben Mark Orlando, following a seven-agency pitch.
BMO, set up by Ben Langdon, Mark Wnek and Orlando Hooper-Greenhill just weeks before the pitch, closed shortly afterwards when Langdon left the agency.
