COI has completed a year-long review of its digital roster by appointing 115 agencies, 70 more than under its previous roster arrangement.
The roster, worth an estimated pounds 9 million, has been split into four categories.
The digital strategy list contains 15 agencies, including AKQA, Publicis Dialog, Wheel, MRM Partners, Agency.com and Modem Media.
