IN THIS and the subsequent column, some issues relating to tax administration and tax compliance management are revisited with a focus on what the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (IRB) can do in terms of delivering tax services effectively.
Compliance management is not simply about audits, verification and enforcement. It is also about making it as easy as possible for people to comply.
