MicroMain CM(TM) enables customers to self-assess current condition of buildings and assets to determine maintenance priorities and estimate costs for major repairs, renovations, replacements, and acquisitions. Capital plans developed in MicroMain CM can be tracked in MicroMain XM, which generates project information needed to complete work and monitor and report actual costs. MicroMain FM enables users to visualize implementation of capital plan through data-enabled facility drawings.
