Abdul Wahab is new chief of MIMOS.

ABDUL Wahab Abdullah, a senior executive of Motorola Malaysia, has been appointed president and chief executive officer of MIMOS Bhd, a state-owned research and development (R&D) outfit.
The appointment of Abdul Wahab, 50, is effective from July 1.
"As the new CEO of Mimos, he will be tasked to develop the company's corporate and technology strategy which would turn MIMOS Bhd into a high-performing applied R&D organisation," MIMOS said in a statement issued yesterday.
