OSAKA -- Several plant manufacturer officials face arrest for fixing bids on contracts for the construction of public sewage facilities in central and western Japan, prosecutors said.

The Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office is set to act on criminal accusations filed by the Fair Trade Commission (FTC), the government's anti-monopoly watchdog, against 11 companies. …
