The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) recently announced that President George W. Bush remarked in a videotaped address to attendees at NEI's annual conference in San Francisco, CA that the nation "must start building nuclear power plants." NEI said the president's remarks were delivered to 435 nuclear energy industry executives.
