Dushanbe, 19 May: The Russkiy Alyuminiy [Rusal] company has embarked on preparatory work for the construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power station, the head of the press service of the company's office in Tajikistan, Aleksandr Kasatkin, has told Avesta.

He said that the volume of the company's investment would amount to 50m dollars at this stage. The investment will be channelled into creating the necessary training and living conditions for specialists who will be involved in the construction of the hydropower plant, into preliminary work …
