Australian Federal Police [AFP] chief Mick Keelty has expressed disappointment that Australia's Enhanced Cooperation Programme to Papua New Guinea has not been reinstated. Commissioner Keelty has addressed the Australia-Papua New Guinea Business Forum under way in Queensland, where he noted the impact of law and order issues on the economic climate in PNG.
