The Minister of Interior, Mr. Albert Kan-Dapaah says Ghana as a developing country must learn to use post-disaster situations as opportunities to reduce future disasters.
"As we embark on our development agenda we must always guard against the possibility of disasters", he said at the launch of the National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction in Accra.
