May 10--South Charlotte Middle School seventh-grade teachers were looking for a different way to teach leadership. So they brought in some leaders -- one of the most influential politicians in North Carolina; one of the region's best-known radio personalities; a key Charlotte business leader; and the woman who has run the school system for the past year. "Inside the Leaders Studio," held late last month, was put on by the school's seventh-grade Leadership class.
