[Presenter] Human Rights Watch has criticized President Hamed Karzai for appointing human right violators to key police posts.

According to Human Rights Watch, people who are accused of murders, violation of human rights and involvement in drug deals in Afghanistan, are currently in charge of key police posts.

[Correspondent] The organization of Human Rights Watch in New York has said that President Hamed Karzai should not appoint warlords and violators of human rights as police officials.
